MENTAL HEALTH ..sikujua mental health ilikua, all about emotional, psychological na social well being..sikujua iliaffect my thinking,act na feelings,sikujua ingedetermine vile nilihandle stress,kurelate na others na kumake choices
nilidhani all is well, but sikuja mental health igeaffect all age, gender na race.

I remember like, it was yesterday, tukigrow up pale Vasha, a happy smiling face, handsome na mwenye hekima,tukicheza hide n seek ilikua so fine n fun..
sikujua, ningekua Fan, wake, kwa game, akicheza foota, madame wakimlike ka Star fame ikiflame, ye ndo Superstar.

My G alikua heart broken,after kuface rejection from love affection, akaanza reactions after emotions... alianza my separation, ma sigar, shisha na madreay
sikujua kimya kilikua ,a way of communication to something, bila ye kuspeak up, ju tulikua, brought up in a community, where a man aki cry was seen like a sin ama weak akishare his feelings, but me na feel, I'd rather cry than, fake feelings na nitake actions zenye zitabaki questions.

enyewe depression is real but, sii kwetu tuliimake ka fun.

from the stigmatization ikakua traumatization then hospitalization, daktari walijaribu kumpa injections but medications zilifail ju alikua ametake overconsumption, lungs zilidysfunction ..walijaribu resuscitation but hakumake it, ndo nikajua true definition ya depression, so sad,I wish kugekua na resurrection, I wish ugespeak up.

tuna live in a generation, where a scene inakua captured kama the best part ya crime, ndo tupate crowds, follower na views, instead of kureact on the incident..tuna live in a confused generation especially time unapata rejection ndo unajua enywe hakuna affection.

I wish tuge wake na kuspeak up and fight depression tupate menta health, na all of this, prayers na God lazima aintervine, this is not a story, depression inaeza affect anyone at anytime.
